ProsPac Holdings Group has finalized its agreement with general contractor, Albert C. Kobayashi, to construct Azure Ala Moana.
Albert C. Kobayashi (ACK) is the largest 100% locally owned contractor in Hawaiʻi and has been in business for over 55 years. ACK has proven its success through notable projects such as the IBM building renovation, Foodland Farms Ala Moana, Hokua, Capital Place One Ala Moana, Park Lane and The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Waikīkī Beach, among others.
