Experienced building management veteran set to lead the team opening Ala Moana’s newest condominium tower in fall 2021
HONOLULU – Azure Ala Moana, LLC, a subsidiary of ProsPac Holdings Group, announced today that Jose Dominguez has been appointed General Manager of Azure Ala Moana, a 41-story mixed-use development located on the corner of Keeaumoku and Makaloa Streets. In his new role, Mr. Dominguez will oversee the daily operations of the condominium community and ensure residents’ needs are successfully met, working in partnership with Hawaiian Properties, the property management company.

Mr. Dominguez has nearly 30 years of experience in building management and maintenance that spans from New York to Hawai‘i. Most recently, he served as the General Manager at Keauhou Place, where he helped open the building, completed successful key turns for all owners, and moved 423 families into the residences. Prior to that, Mr. Dominguez was General Manager at Canterbury Place and also held managerial positions at One Kalakaua Senior Living Condominium, and Pearl Horizon Condominium. On December 10, 2020, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) honored Mr. Dominguez as the Accredited Residential Manager Member of the Year for a High-Rise Over 400 Units.
Mr. Dominguez earned an MBA with a concentration in Management from Hawai‘i Pacific University. A father of five children, Mr. Dominguez and his family live in Kaka‘ako.
